Still all kinds of fun。 I really like the art: it captures spooky really well and the gore is shocking， not in a parlor trick kind of way。 Innovative panel design。 Some good backstory， but not so much that the present story suffers。 Not for kiddos at all。 Will continue。

This volume was equally as good as the first one。 As the situation gets more extreme， we start facing more challenges and things get more dangerous。 I am very much loving this series， especially the art style and I cannot wait for the next volume。

Last Volume， Erica Slaughter was able to kill the monster hurting the children of Archer's Peak， but we saw that the threat wasn't over because the monster's babies had been born and they are hungry。。。。The situation becomes more complicated when her handler shows up。 His motives are similar to hers， but The House of Slaughter has sent him to do the clean up， and he shows no mercy。The parents of the kids who recently died meet up with the cops at the school。 Parts of all the murdered kids need to Last Volume， Erica Slaughter was able to kill the monster hurting the children of Archer's Peak， but we saw that the threat wasn't over because the monster's babies had been born and they are hungry。。。。The situation becomes more complicated when her handler shows up。 His motives are similar to hers， but The House of Slaughter has sent him to do the clean up， and he shows no mercy。The parents of the kids who recently died meet up with the cops at the school。 Parts of all the murdered kids need to be identified。。。 but that's a lot of people in one place。。。 perfect for feeding a monster only kids can see。。。A gruesome end for some has the town heading into panic mode as we work towards the next Volume。Can't wait。 Love a twisted and gross horror/suspense story。Recommend。 。。。more

This was good。 Other than some minor annoying side stories that don’t matter but check cultural boxes this was very good。 Some back story and more suspense。 I actually went “aw come on！” On the final page because I wanted to see what happened next。。。oh well I gotta wait for the next trade to show up at my library
